Do you charge sales tax?
If the order is being shipped within the state of Florida, sales tax will be collected.
Do you offer Local Pick Up?
In.B.Tween is located in West Delray Beach, Florida.Β If you live in SoFla or are vacationing nearby and want to avoid shipping costs- just select βLocal Pick-Upβ when placing the order and weβll coordinate a time for you to grab your swag.

Email us questions and/or book a one-on-one, virtual Camp Concierge Appointment and weβll get you hooked up! It's like a guided retail therapy sesh. If youβre in or near West Delray Beach and want to try on some sample sizes- we can make that happen, too.Β

When inquiring about your order, please include your order number in the subject line.
What do I do if I need to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, weβll do our very best to accommodate your request- just email us within 24-hours of placing the order and weβll abort mission if it isnβt already in production.Β

When do I need to start ordering camp stuff?
You have time, but not that much time. We recommend placing orders at least three months before your trunks are scheduled for pick-up (four months before if you anticipate a last minute, second-guessing, buying-frenzy freak out.)
When will I receive my order?
All of our products are made-to-orderβ¦ and custom, one-of-a-kind, handmade fabulousness can take time. While we wish we could give you a one-size-fits-all turnaround time- there are just too many variables. During busy times of the year, (Holiday & Camp Ordering Season) turnaround time and shipping dates may be extended.Β If you need a specific item by a certain date, please email us at hi@shopinbtween.com. Please also include this request in the βAnything Else We Need to Know? / Special Request / Instructionsβ field.Β
When all the items in your order are completed, we send everything out together to keep shipping costs down. If you want us to send items as they become available, there will be additional shipping charges.Β Β
